Our products
Our jewelry is made of gold-plated brass. We describe and photograph every piece as accurately as we can, though colours may vary slightly between screens. As handcrafted items, small natural variations are part of their character, not a fault.
Prices & payment
- All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Cash on delivery is available across Egypt.
- We may update prices and offers at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm orders before dispatch and may decline or cancel an order, for example if a piece is out of stock or details cannot be verified. If we cancel, you pay nothing.
Cancellations
Need to change or cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually help before your order has been dispatched.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including designs, photography, text, and the Andina name and logo, belongs to Andina and may not be used without our permission.
Liability
We take great care with our pieces and our service. To the extent allowed by law, Andina is not liable for indirect or unexpected losses arising from the use of our products or this website.
